The Philnet Research Systems, Incorporated (PRSI) is an organization that is principally involved in advocacy research. PRSI believes that a rational discussion of any issue becomes impossible without the easy availability of comprehensive and understandable context facts. These facts, when presented in the simplest possible way and also in a chronological manner, move the discussion of the issue concerned from the level of opinionated assertions into a more enlightened exchange of informed debate. It is in the pursuit of such informed exchange of ideas that PRSI undertakes the publication of various series on Economic Management, Sociometric Reports (Polls & Surveys) and Information Technology. The chronology of Mr. Charlie Avila entitled: 'Believe it or Not: The facts, the background and process of the greatest loot in history' is the first PRSI publication in the Economic Management Series.
